In brief, and subject to the final policy: information you enter in our forms (such as name, phone, email and what's troubling you) is stored securely and used only to arrange and provide your care. Personally identifying details are never sent to our AI assistant.

If you share a photo or record a short movement in the chat, it is stored in private storage that only our service can access, used solely to help understand your problem during that conversation, and automatically deleted after 30 days. When you record a movement, the video never leaves your device — only a few still frames are uploaded. Images are never sent to our AI assistant together with any personal identifier.
